About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer Supervisor to lead on-site industrial installation teams. You will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical documentation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and piping installation works on industrial sites
• Coordinate teams of welders, pipe fitters, and technicians
• Ensure compliance with technical documentation and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management
• Enforce strict health and safety regulations
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Our Expectations

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Project Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial project supervision
• Strong knowledge of piping and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and verify technical drawings
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally
